Delivery Times
How long is delivery?
Our standard delivery time is between 2–5 working days from order confirmation. Some items may qualify for next-day delivery — this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm a delivery day that suits you. We always try to work around your preferred dates where possible.
What time will you deliver?
Our delivery window is typically between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. You’ll receive a delivery time slot confirmation the day before your order is due to arrive.

How do I change my delivery date?
To reschedule your delivery, please respond to your delivery confirmation message or email us with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Can I change my delivery slot?
We’ll always try to accommodate changes if your order hasn’t yet been dispatched. Contact us as early as possible so we can update your courier’s route.
Preparing for Your Delivery
Do you offer an assembly service?
Our sofas are delivered in flat-pack format and are designed for easy self-assembly. Assembly is not included in the delivery service.
How can I check if my sofa will fit?
You’ll find detailed product dimensions on every listing. Please check your doorways, stairs, and hallways before ordering. If unsure, contact us before placing your order.
What do I need to do when my delivery arrives?
Please make sure the pathway to your chosen room is clear and accessible. You are welcome to inspect the item before making payment (if using cash or bank transfer).
Can you remove my old sofa?
We currently do not offer sofa removal services. You’ll need to arrange collection or disposal separately via your local council or charity.
Can you still deliver if there are access issues to my property?
Yes, but please notify us in advance if there are staircases, narrow corridors, or parking restrictions so we can prepare accordingly.
Do I need to clear my room prior to delivery?
Yes. Please ensure that the delivery route and final room are clear of obstacles to allow safe and smooth delivery.
Making Changes to Your Delivery
Can I cancel my delivery?
You can cancel your delivery up to 24 hours before the scheduled date at no cost. Late cancellations or failed deliveries may result in a re-delivery fee.
Can I add/remove items from my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Contact us as soon as possible to request adjustments
There's a Problem
What happens if my delivery fails as my sofa didn't fit?
It is your responsibility to ensure the sofa fits through your access points. If the delivery fails for this reason, a return fee may apply.
My order is damaged
If your sofa arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. Send us photos and your order number via email so we can arrange a resolution.
I have received the incorrect item
We’re sorry about that. Please notify us right away and we’ll resolve the issue quickly by arranging an exchange or collection.
There's an item missing from my order
Sometimes deliveries are split across multiple trips. If something is missing, contact our team and we’ll confirm the delivery status for the remaining items.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
A missed delivery may result in a re-delivery charge. If you're unavailable, please let us know as soon as possible so we can avoid failed delivery.
My delivery is running late, what should I do?
Occasionally, delivery delays happen due to traffic or route changes. Please allow time during your delivery window. If needed, contact our support team or your assigned courier.
