At ComfyHub, we take pride in the quality and durability of our sofas. That’s why we provide a transparent warranty policy to give you peace of mind with every purchase.

How Long Is the Warranty?

We offer:

Lifetime Structural Guarantee – covers structural manufacturing defects such as the frame, starting from the date of delivery.

2-Year Manufacturing Warranty – covers general manufacturing faults, including stitching, fabric, cushion interiors, and mechanical issues.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear

Accidental or intentional misuse

Improper maintenance or cleaning

Commercial or business use

Damage from damp, sunlight, or poor storage

Altered or modified items

Clearance, outlet, or ex-display items

Failure to follow care instructions or warranty terms


This policy does not affect your legal rights.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To report a manufacturing fault:

1. Visit our Warranty Claim Form (available at the bottom of our warranty page).


2. Fill in your:

Order number

Postcode

Clear description of the issue

Photographic evidence showing the problem

Our Warranty Team will review your claim and respond promptly.

Are Zips and Buttons Covered?

Yes — any genuine manufacturing fault with zips or buttons that appears within 1 year is covered. However, accidental damage or wear and tear is not included.

What If My Sofa Is Out of Warranty?

If your warranty has expired, we’re unable to offer further investigation or coverage.
You can contact Castelan Group, a trusted UK-based repair service, to arrange a direct inspection or repair at your own cost.
